W encourages parents or guardians (including other legal representatives) to spend time online with their children and to participate in their online activities. Children or juveniles are eligible to use our online sales transactions services ONLY with a parent’s or guardian's consent to and payment for the transaction, or to the extent permitted by applicable law.
